Silver Springs High School

Due to the current Pertussis (whooping cough) epidemic in California, all high school students will be required to submit proof of having received the Tdap vaccine prior to the start of the 2011-2012 school year. This vaccine is given at age 10 years or older. Please provide proof of vaccination to the health office at Bear River ASAP to avoid delays in the scheduling process.
